The registration fee covers access to all scientific events, posters, exhibits, social events, and archived scientific program.

There is a special registration rate for scientists from developing countries. Please contact meetings@aai.org to register.

Graduate Student Registration

Graduate students can access the member rate by renewing or joining AAI prior to registering. Go to www.aai.org/membership to renew or join. If you decide not to become a member but still wish to attend the meeting, please email meetings@aai.org for more information.

Please Note: Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns and senior laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member/nonmember registration rate.

High School Teacher, High School Student Registration

High school teachers and high school students (age 13 and older) are eligible for complimentary registration to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive complimentary registration, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.

NIH and Other Federal Government Employees Registration

Employees of the federal government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend Virtual IMMUNOLOGY2021™ but have not received approval by the early registration deadline should contact meetings@aai.org for assistance. Please include in your email your full name, registration category (member, nonmember, or student), agency/institute, and the date of your approval request.

Young Professionals Registration

Refunds

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or you may request a refund. Request for refunds (less a $75 processing fee) will be accepted until April 20, 2021. After that date and time, no refunds will be issued. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and include the registrant’s confirmation number. To transfer a registration, please email meetings@aai.org.
